Emotions are at the root of all my work.
I privilege creations that delve into the very core of our emotions : stories which pursue either social or political themes, to personal more intimate stories of the people surrounding us.
Movement is my method of work. With a preference for creations that build upon theatrical situations, I use aerial dance as a way to transpose a state of mind. An emotion can be so overwhelming that it can only be expressed by dancing. It is a way to leave a realistic situation and bring to the stage our inner, most visceral feelings.
As a graduate of Jacques Lecoq, I try to take on a fresh and innovative approach, with a particular focus on movement precision and quality.
